NIKHIL-RANNVIJAY

Arindam: -Hello viewers. Today, in this episode of “Wine with Arindam”,we have invited two people, who are very famous among the Indian teenagers who love to watch MTV. Viewers, can you guess? Ok, Suresh is our camera man. Bhai, Suresh, please focus the camera on them.

Nikhil:- Hey, Arindam, I think you are wasting too much time, because we need no introduction, they already know us. What do you say, RannVijay?

RannVijay:- Yes, absolutely, because MTV just rocks.

Arindam: -Anyway, Thanks to both of you for coming here. My first question goes to Nikhil. To you, which is the No.1 program in MTV? Is it “Splitsville” or “MTV ROADIES?”

Nikhil:- Of course, it is Splitsville?

RannVijay:- Ha ha ha … what a joke? MTV Roadies is the No.1 program.

Arindam: -Well, Nikhil, what is so special about Splitsville? I have seen that program, where boys and girls just fight with each other. The entire setup is on an island. There is a King and a Queen, who will have the power to dump someone. Then there is a voting system. And what to say, about the quality of words that get exchanged between them; we know, that those cannot be heard, but that sound tells us many things, about what is happening there.

Nikhil: -That is the thing, people loves to watch. The cat fight, the bull fight, the politics, the dramabaaji, dhokhabaaji and last but not the least, the crocodile tears. After all, those things help to increase the TRP ratings. Whatever you see in this program resembles the today’s’ college life.

RannVijay: -But, still Splitsville cannot ever match the MTV Roadies. The task and the game plan, that happens here is just superb, boss.

Nikhil:- See, the two programs are different in their approach. In the MTV Roadies, good performance in the task is the priority. Here in Splitsville, how much you can safeguard your attitude, personality, healthy relationships and sober character from other persons, is the priority, otherwise you will be dumped. One bad point about your actions towards someone, then there are people to pull you down, by marketing that issue.

Arindam: -I think, this kind of things also happens in MTV Roadies, but at the end of the day, one man always plays the twist and plays game over the game makers. After all that man is a MBA guy from XLRI. But, viewers love the strong and cool attitude of the anchor RannVijay, and they are of the opinion that, maybe still they are yet to see a Roadie, who can challenge or defeat RannVijay in any task.

RannVijay:- It is not like that. But, the problem is that, this time the people are not so expert in performing their tasks. Rather, they are expert in dumping others and playing politics. They are basically not fit for Roadies, but for Splitsville. That is why; Nikhil is smart enough to anchor that show. He he he …

Nikhil: -Now, RannVijay is pulling my legs. Wait, I will also invite you to the Splitsville and you will also have to anchor that program. But Arindam, these two programs also teaches you many things. The first thing that it teaches is that in a competition, no one is your friend, you are alone in this world and to combat any kind of politics, you have to play game, even with your dearest friend also, to proceed further, if it requires so.

Arindam:- Well, thanks for your valuable speeches. We will end our program here only. But, viewers, in the next episode, we will invite Raghu and the winner of MTV Roadies 6 here. Till then, take care and Good night.
