When they will select their own area and click on the submit button, they will be redirected to a page, where they will see the pictures of 5 doctors, who are operating from that local branch. Just click one any one of them and ask queries about your diseases or medicines. Those doctors will provide you the name of the medicines for those diseases. For providing this free service of e-hospitality, we get money from the West Bengal Government, so, we don’t charge anything from our registered users. It is free of cost. Premium Users are those users who subscribe themselves for a free medical check-up from our doctors at anytime on any day. We have different schemes for different category patients. Say, if a patient wants to avail free checkups for 25 times in a year, then he needs to subscribe in our website for 999 bucks annually. For 50 free checkups in a year, you have to pay 1899 bucks annually. It is exclusive of the expense on medicines and performing medical operations.

Arindam: - There is some confusion here. Suppose, I am only a registered member of your website; I am having a viral fever. I just logged into the www.sainhospital.com website, and clicked on the photo of a doctor of my area. Then I told him in the chat window that ‘Doctor, I am having viral fever right now. Can you provide me the name of the medicine, which can cure it?’

Dr. Sain: - Then, that doctor will ask you about the symptom of your viral fever. After having a chat with you for 5-6 minutes, he will get an idea about the nature of your fever. Then he will prescribe a medicine to you in that chat window only. Those services are absolutely free of cost. Now, if you would have been a premium member of our e-hospitality website, then you will get an email id with the domain: - @sainhospital.com. When you will fall sick, you just need to mail to the freecheckup@sainhospital.com, by stating that it’s an emergency and you want a medical check-up. You don’t even have to write your residential address in the mail, because when you took premium membership with us, we have kept all the records of your medical insurance, home address and contact numbers. But, yes, if you are at that point of time, staying in other address rather than your residential address, just mention it in the email id, or just make a call at +91- 0950960970.
